NATIONAL BPA

Business Professionals of America has a history as a student organization that contributes to the preparation of a world-class workforce through the advancement of leadership, citizenship, academic, and technological skills for students at the Secondary and the Postsecondary level.

Through co-curricular programs and services, members of Business Professionals of America compete in demonstrations of their business technology skills, develop their professional and leadership skills, network with one another and professionals across the nation, and get involved in the betterment of their community through good works projects.

OHIO BPA

Business Professionals of America, Ohio Association, is the secondary and post-secondary business student organization in the state of Ohio.  BPA is an integral part of the Business and Marketing Education Service, Division of Career-Technical and Adult Education, Ohio Department of Education.

BGSU COLLEGIATE BPA

Business Professionals of America (BPA) is a student organization at Bowling Green State University for Business Education majors.  The purpose of BGSU's BPA chapter is to provide leadership development opportunities, to unite business education majors in a common professional bond, to participate in social events, to carry out service projects, and to foster an understanding of our roles as future business educators.  We accomplish this goal by attending and aiding in high school level events such as the state leadership convention and the state competition.  Both of these events allow Business Education majors to experience first-hand what their expected roles may be as future BPA advisors.

NATIONAL DECA - AN ASSOCIATION OF MARKETING STUDENTS

The mission of DECA is to enhance the co-curricular education of students with interests in marketing, management, and entrepreneurship. DECA helps students develop skills and competence for marketing careers, build self-esteem, experience leadership and practice community service. This organization is committed to the advocacy of marketing education and the growth of business and education partnerships.

BGSU COLLEGIATE DECA

Membership is open to all BGSU marketing education majors (undergraduate and graduate), as well as BGSU students considering marketing education as a major.

NATIONAL PI OMEGA PI

Pi Omega Pi is the National Business Education Teacher Honor Society, which has the purpose of promoting scholarship and service in the area of business education.  For 75 years, Pi Omega Pi has provided its members with a variety of service pertaining to business education.  Several distinguished contributors to the field of business education have been named as Honorary Members.

BGSU PI OMEGA PI

Each year, the Alpha Psi chapter of Pi Omega Pi competes in a national competition.  All competing chapters must complete a national project, community project, local project, and a publication.
