Spacer EDHD REPORT: EDHD Enrollment Profile Spacer
 

Source Material: The Institutional Research Office at Bowling Green State University provides an electronic version of the 15th Day Report to the College of Education and Human Development. This file contains demographic data for each student enrolled in the University for that semester. This data file is then filtered to include only those students enrolled in the College of Education and Human Development or students enrolled in professional education programs in other BGSU colleges.

EDHD Report Content: The EDHD Enrollment Profile includes:

  1. Highlight Sheet showing changes in overall enrollment and/or changes in enrollment by demographic variables. Listings are included for programs that experience a significant increase in enrollment from the previous fall semester and programs that experience a significant decrease in enrollment from the previous fall semester.
  2. Demographic Sheet showing a breakdown of all students enrolled in professional education programs (EDHD and other colleges) for the given semester by the following variables: gender, race, age, residency, level, class rank, area of licensure, and preparation examination scores (act, sat). Frequency counts and percentages of totals are shown for each program listing within each variable. Comparisons to the previous year are made for each listing and a percentage difference (+/- change) is calculated.
  3. Program Sheet listing each professional education program in the College of Education and Human Development and other BGSU colleges. Specializations within a program (if any) are also shown. The enrollment for the current semester is shown for each program and each specialization within each program. The numerical change in program/specialization enrollment from the previous year is shown along with the percentage change from the previous year.
