Informational Meetings are held to allow prospective students to meet the Cohort Coordinator, Allison Goedde, and to ask questions in person about the Classroom Technology program.

Attendance at a meeting is optional--not a requirement for admission. If you don't attend a meeting, however, you must contact Allison Goedde when you start your application process.

A few meetings are free dinner meetings that require reservations. Depending on number of attendees and questions, dinner meetings take approximately one and a half hours.

Other meetings are more informal. Informal meetings take about an hour. They may be held after school in any local school where a small or large group of teachers have indicated interest in learning about a cohort that's being started. Teachers from other schools and districts are welcome to those meetings, but please RSVP, as we're finding that sometimes buildings are locked after school.

Meetings set up for after school times on campus often have just one or two people who can't make other meetings. 24-hour notice is required for those, so that we know whether anyone is coming. If you are unable to RSVP before the deadline, check with Allison to see if the meeting is still scheduled.

If you can't make a meeting on-time, contact Allison--It may be OK to come late.
