Success and Progress in Civic Education IIDEI faculty associates have successfully completed a variety of projects in connection with international counterparts in
the areas of civic and democratic education. These projects have served as foundational structures upon which partnerships
have been formed and serve as exemplary examples of the kind of work possible through cross-cultural relationships oriented
around the development of teaching and learning about democracy.
Through these projects, IDEI faculty have enabled the continued success of the institute by showcasing how determined partnerships
can construct powerful curricula and make lasting impact on the lives of teacher participants, other faculty, and students
as well.
