Prohibits a person from negligently leaving a child who is less than five years of age unattended in an automobile.
Specifies that the portion of the offense of "involuntary manslaughter" that prohibits a person from causing the death of
another or the unlawful termination of another's pregnancy as a proximate result of the offender's committing or attempting
to commit any misdemeanor does not apply if the misdemeanor is the new offense described in the preceding dot point.
