Evaluate the Lucas County Kinship Navigator program.  The program is designed to assist relatives who are caregivers with the navigation of social support services.  This project represents one of the first evaluations of a kinship navigator program in the State of Ohio.  In 2001, the Ohio legislature created the Kinship Navigator program based on statewide research data.
