Master's Degree Course of Study
Two plans are offered for the Master of Education degree in Educational Administration.
Plan I is a 30-hour program culminating with a thesis. Plan I necessitates the completion of 18-21 hours in the major area (EDAS),
six semester hours of coursework in statistics and educational research and at least three credit hours of thesis research
(EDAS 6990).
Plan II is a 34-semester hour program culminating with a comprehensive examination during the final semester of course work. To register
for the Masters Comprehensive Examination, fill out this application in the first week of your final semester of coursework.
Plan II necessitates the completion of 18-21 semester hours in the major area (EDAS), six semester hours of coursework in
statistics and educational research, and the addition of an appropriate number of hours in courses in related disciplines.
