Grants
- Awarded $150,000 from the Ohio Department of Education for the implementation of a pilot training program leading to licensure to support Principals and Assistant Principals serving under Ohio's new Alternative Principal License. Lead PI. 2006, 2007.
National Appointments
- Appointed by U.S. Department of Commerce as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner/ Senior Evaluator (1992-1996, 1998). The Baldrige Award was established in 1987 through legislation to promote awareness of the importance of quality improvement, an understanding of the requirements for performance excellence, and sharing of information on successful performance strategies. In 1995, a pilot was conducted with Education applicants. In 1998, the Education category was formally included as a national Baldrige category.
