Global Village has spaces for about 20 international students and 20 American students. Our current international students come from Japan, Armenia, Ghana, France, China, Ethiopia, Russia, and England.

In this kind of environment you get to know people better than you would in other halls. You get to meet people from different countries. I can now say I know many people who don’t come from the US!

I like the fact that you get to hear about countries that maybe you’ve never heard about and learn about other people’s cultures. For example, I got to learn about some Armenian traditions for Valentine’s Day.

This is a place that gives students many chances to interact with people from all around the world. There are also always fun programs and trips going on like the Halloween Fun Fest trip and “A Glimpse into Mexico”; You can learn about other cultures through these opportunities.
