Chapman Community

  Dr. Rolando Andrade is the advisor for the RESC 200 group, Wednesday WOW, which is in its second year of operation.  Main activities associated with this group include planning presentations to present to young children at the Wood County District Library  every Wednesday.  Dr. Andrade hopes that through this organization, students will "get an appreciation of community children and know that they are normal children with normal interests and are growing up."  He also encourages his students to "use their own talents, imagination , and ideas" in working with these children,  and hopes that his students and the children they work with gain knowledge of good usage of a community source.
