Vanessa Elola , M.A.-Coordinator of the Chapman Community Program for Continuing Students.
Originally from the Northern California Bay Area, Vanessa received her B.S. in Political Science at Arizona State University.
She completed her M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, while being a Hall Director for Kohl
Hall in 2002. After spending two years working in residence life at the University of California, Riverside, Vanessa returned
to Bowling Green and spent the past two years working in Offenhauer Hall. She has instructed both the Resident Advisor and
the Leaders in Residence courses and worked closely with the Offenhauer Living Learning Communities: IMPACT, La Comunidad,
and the Health Science Residential Community. She begins her first year in her doctoral study this Fall in the field of Higher
Education Administration. Vanessa resides in Bowling Green with her cat, "Purr"scilla, and can often be found at any Starbucks
within the 25 mile radius of BG!
