POLICY ON ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR FACULTY POSITIONS
- The letter of application, curriculum vitae, and other supporting materials such as statements of teaching and research may be submitted electronically.
- Letters of recommendation may also be submitted electronically directly from the referees, but must be followed by signed and dated hard copies of the letters printed on letterhead.
- For the purposes of application deadlines, the file is considered complete when all materials have been received in either electronic or hard-copy form.
- A completed credential file must include: three, original signed letters of recommendation (dated within one year of the application date), a current vitae, a letter of application, a completed I-9 form, and an official transcript showing completion of the terminal degree.
Note: Although requests to hire and issuance of a contract may be processed before the credential file is complete, the selected candidate will not be issued compensation until all documents in the credential file are received.
