INVENTORY--GENERAL STATEMENT
Each department/school is responsible for the inventory of
equipment assigned to it. The State of Ohio requires that
records be maintained on items with a minimum purchase price of
$1,500; and the Bowling Green State University Materials Handling
Office will "tag" all equipment with a minimum purchase price of
$1,500.
The State of Ohio requires that inventory be taken at the close of
each fiscal year and departments/schools receive the
computer-prepared report in April. If the report does not
correspond with the physical inventory of the department/school,
additions or deletions should be reported to Materials
Handling, 2-2121.
UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
CLAIMS
All BGSU unemployment claims are processed by Human
Resources. Any claims received in the department/school should be
forwarded to Human Resources immediately.
