The Canadian Studies Center maintains a resource room that includes books, government documents, magazines, maps, tapes, and videos. In addition, the following online resources are available:

  • E-STAT* a data warehouse containing accurate, reliable, and timely data on Canada and its population.
  • CANSIM a searchable database operated by the University of Toronto which contains a wealth of social and economic information covering nearly every aspect of Canadian life.
  • CTI or the Canadian Trade Index is Canada's leading online industrial sourcing tool for manufacturers, exporters, distributors, and service companies.
  • CGSD or the Canadian Government Select Depository is available through the Jerome Library. For help regarding this resource, please contact the Jerome Library -Canadian Studies Liaison, Bob Graham.

Additional Canadian Studies Resources

The Center also has access to several magazines and journals including Canadian Business Economics, Survey of Current Business, Canadian Business, Bank of Canada Review and Supplement, Journal of Canadian Studies, and Maclean's.
