The Business & Industry Training Center is housed in the Office for Educational Outreach. The Center provides seminars, workshops, courses, and custom-designed employee training and development programs, all of which can be delivered at a company’s work site. The Center works with area employers to design, develop. and deliver a wide variety of educational programs in leadership development, computers skills, Lean/Six Sigma, sales, customer service, and much more.

The Center’s primary purpose is to bring about improvement in a company’s productivity, quality, efficiency, market share, and "bottom line."
