The Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration provides for the management and control of University property related to acquisitions, sales, leasing, disposal, and property management of real property.
In an effort to centralize real estate and property transactions, the Office of Capital Planning acts as the liaison for the Senior Vice President and Bowling Green State University. All opportunities for real estate acquisitions are given serious consideration by the University's administration. The University is involved in advancing the property interests of BGSU in support of its Master Plan as well as for the good of the University in its long range goals and uses.
