Internships and Coops
Many students benefit from an internship, especially for areas of study like economics. Opportunities to get some experience and to put a line on your resume help in the job search. By taking an internship or coop, you can see what jobs seem attractive and which do not. In addition, the internship time can help you see that the skills and attitudes you are developing will have positive value in the workplace. An internship or coop is an excellent first step toward a job. Students interested in internships and coops should contact the Business Career Accelerator Office at (419) 372-4081 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
