Women In Leadership conference
A message from the Dean
Greetings from the College of Business at Bowing Green State University!

I enjoyed seeing so many alumni and business community leaders at our Women in Leadership event in October. A sold-out crowd of nearly 700 people filled the Hilton Garden Inn at Levis Commons where we co-presented this year's conference with the University of Toledo. Women in leadership is a priority, and our conference is quickly becoming the best in the Midwest. We added breakout sessions with alternate tracks and brought eleven world-class presenters to the 2016 conference.

The Master of Organization Development program is celebrating 40 years at BGSU and held its inaugural Leading Change conference to celebrate decades of success. Read more in this issue of Biz News.

We are narrowing our applicant pool for The Hatch 2017. You will read about these students and their ideas in next month's Biz News. Our selection committee is busy narrowing down some of our best ideas yet. Mark your calendar for April 6, 2017. Learn more about The Hatch program. Next month we will be featuring our 2016 Hatchlings and their incubation progress.

My best wishes for a Happy Thanksgiving to all of you. Enjoy your time with family and friends!

Warm regards,
Dean Ray Braun
