Update - September 2008

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions - CSS (Student Administration) Update

The University's Course Catalog information and Academic Structure went live in the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system on August 4, 2008.  The BG@100 Project Team will be adding Campus Community and Undergraduate Admissions to Campus Solutions system on September 22, 2008. On that day, biographic and demographic information for students will be available in the PeopleSoft system.  Over 350,000 people records will be added to the Campus Solutions System. The Graduate Admissions application go-live has been moved to October 6 to allow for additional testing.

The BG@100 Project Team is actively working on the following Campus Solutions Go-Lives.

  • October 2008 Schedule of Classes and Graduate Admissions
  • December 2008 - Transfer Credit and Resource 25 with CSS
  • January 2009 - Financial Aid for 2009/10, RMS (Housing) and DARwin with CSS
  • February 2009 - Enrollment and Student Financial Accounts

The BG@100 Office thanks the many BGSU employees that have taken part in the implementation activities over the past 3 months.  The team appreciates all the help and support.

BG@100 Project Office Update

The BG@100 Project Team welcomes Darcie Wells to the Project Office.  Darcie is one of the BG@100 Office Support Coordinators.  The team also welcomes Jason Dunn who joins the team as the Functional Lead for Residence Life.  The project team wishes Application Developer Mike Counts and Functional Lead for Residence Life Jason Gross well as they depart the project office for other opportunities.
