BG1 Card
Equipment for On-Campus Departments

BG1 Card Services has equipment available for loan to campus departments. To reserve equipment for your short term needs, please complete the Equipment Reservation Request and turn in to BG1 Card Services at least two weeks prior to your event.

 

AT3000- This reader works when you only accept BG Bucks and have access to a designated BG1 outlet. A printer is included for receipts and reports. 

    

POS20- This register works when you accept one or more of the following in addition to BG Bucks:

  • Cash
  • Checks
  • Credit/Debit cards- if you have already been set up through the Treasurer's Office to accept

The POS20 is about the size of a desktop PC, includes a cash drawer and printer.

 

 

Sequoia - This wireless reader works in an on-line or off-line mode.

  • Operating in an on-line mode is required when accepting BG Bucks so you can validate balances. A good signal from BGSU's wireless network is necessary.
  • Operating in an off-line mode is great for tracking attendance and validating access. No wireless signal is required in an off-line mode.
