New Students obtain their BG1 Card during orientation process after they have established a BGNet account and registered for classes. The $25 fee for the card will be posted to the student's Bursar Account.

New Faculty/Staff obtain their card after they have been entered as an employee by Human Resources, established a BGNet account, and obtained the department authorization form to cover the $25 fee for the initial card. The fee for replacement cards will be posted to the Bursar Account of the individual.

To obtain a new or replacement BG1 Card, bring one of the following required forms of identification to BG1 Card Services.
         A valid State-issued driver's license with photo.
         A valid State-issued photo ID card
         A valid passport with photo
         A valid military ID card

BG1 Card Services is located inside the first floor entrance of the University Bookstore on main campus and in the Computer Lab at the Firelands College campus. During orientation, our card production may be moved to a location that can handle the increased traffic.
